Sunday

4:00pm: Stretch, Strength & Conditioning
5:00pm: Elite Leaps / Turns & Ballet Core
6:00pm: Pom & Power Dynamics
7:00pm: Mind. Body. Dance.

Monday

6:30pm: Stretch. Strength & Conditioning
7:30pm: Foundational Leaps / Turns & Ballet Core
8:30pm: Pom & Power Dynamics

Thursday

6:00pm: Stretch, Strength & Conditioning
7:00pm: Elite Leaps / Turns & Ballet Core
8:00pm: Acro for Athletes

Saturday

9:00am-10:30am: College Dance Team Prep
