8:15pm: Foundational Pom & Power Dynamics (45 min class)

7:00pm: Futures Scientists Ballet (WWMS Dance Room)


Sunday

4:00pm: Stretch, Strength & Conditioning
5:00pm: Elite Leaps / Turns & Ballet Core
6:00pm: Elite Pom & Power Dynamics
7:00pm: Mind. Body. Dance. (Lyrical Combo)

Tuesday

4:30pm: Progressing Ballet Technique (WWMS Dance Room)

5:45pm: Lab Littles Ballet
6:45pm: Lab Littles Jazz
7:45pm: NEW! Classical Ballet (class offering begins January 2026)

Thursday

6:00pm: Stretch, Strength & Conditioning
7:00pm: Elite Leaps / Turns & Jazz Combo
8:00pm: Acro Dance

6:30pm: Future Scientists Jazz Tech (90 min class - WWMS Dance Room)

To maximize your training, we recommend Foundational & Elite level students take advantage of all stretch, strength and conditioning classes.
