7:00pm: Mind. Body. Dance. (Lyrical Combo)

4:30pm: Progressing Ballet Technique
5:45pm: Lab Littles Ballet
6:45pm: Lab Littles Jazz
6:45pm: Foundational Ballet
7:45pm: Elite Ballet
Thursday
6:00pm: Stretch, Strength & Conditioning
6:30pm: Future Scientists Jazz Tech
7:00pm: Elite Leaps / Turns & Jazz Combo
7:30pm: Future Scientists Pom
8:00pm: Acro Dance
To maximize your training, we recommend Foundational & Elite level students take advantage of all stretch, strength and conditioning classes. Please note - regular weekly classes will end for the season on May 28th, 2026. Fall weekly classes will resume the week of August 9th, 2026.
